Body

WHEREAS, the City Council accepted the Report of Completion of Assessment for the construction of a sidewalk improvement along the north side of St. Anthony Avenue from Syndicate to Griggs (File No. S1102  Assessment No. 115302)  and

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on June 20th, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further

RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
