Granting Final Plat approval for Rivoli Bluff.

 

Body

WHEREAS, Dayton's Bluff Neighborhood Housing Services, in File No. 19-076-316, has submitted for City Council approval the attached final plat for subdivision of property for Rivoli Bluff at 660 Rivoli Street et al., the terminus of Rivoli Street south of Minnehaha, to create 26 single family parcels and 2 outlots; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Council approved the associated preliminary plat via RES PH 19-108 in June 2019; and

 

WHEREAS, the appropriate City departments have reviewed the plat and found, subject to the recommended condition, that it meets the requirements of Chapter 69 of the Zoning Code;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves the attached final plat for Rivoli Bluff at 660 Rivoli Street et al., terminus of Rivoli Street south of Minnehaha, subject to the following condition:

1.                     The applicant shall file a copy of the Council Resolution approving the Final Plat with the Ramsey County Recorder’s Office.

 

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk shall mail a copy of this resolution to the Applicant, the Zoning Administrator, and the Planning Administrator.
