Making finding on the appeal of Jane Myers nuisance abatement ordered for 1521 HAGUE AVENUE in Council File RLH SAO 26-58.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 26-58 on August 5, 2026 which granted an extension to September 11, 2026 to abate the nuisance conditions at 1521 Hague Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on September 15, 2026 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions (overgrown vegetation/plants) were not abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is not abated and therefore authorizes the Department of Safety and Inspections to proceed with this nuisance abatement.
