Appeal of IBEW Local 23 to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 932 PAYNE AVENUE.

Purpose of Appeal: Unit 1 & 2 have been vacant for approx. 25 yrs. and we have no intetion of utilizing or renting. The deficiencies listed have been in existence for a minimum of 20 yrs. We are currently in the process of selling the building and the buyers are aware of the deficiencies and plan to renovate & remodel the building.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of IBEW Local 23 to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 932 PAYNE AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal for the length of the current tenancy in the building; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
