Appeal of Mike Runyon to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement at 1017 SEVENTH STREET WEST.

 

Date/Time of 1st LH:  3/5/2024

Purpose of Appeal:  Fire inspections have been made and signed off by inspector. Business that left took everything with them. There are no deficiencies with the kitchen or restrooms. We own the businesses on 3 of the 4 corners. Slapping a big yellow tag on our building will cause problems. We own Shamrock's across the street and can use this building as cold storage.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Mike Runyon to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement at 1017 SEVENTH STREET WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal and release the property from the Vacant Building Program; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
