Approving the addition of a Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Sidewalk) license to the existing Liquor On Sale 101-180 Seats and Liquor On Sale - Sunday licenses held by Eclectic Culinary Concepts, Inc. d/b/a Pajarito (License ID 20160002945) for the premises located at 605 7th Street West.

WHEREAS, Eclectic Culinary Concepts, Inc. d/b/a Pajarito (License ID 20160002945) applied for a Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Sidewalk) license to add to their existing Liquor On Sale 101-180 Seats and Liquor On Sale - Sunday licenses for the premises located at 605 7th Street West in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, on June 30, 2023, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification; and
WHEREAS, in response to the June 30, 2023, notification, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to approval of the licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order, the proposed license conditions are reasonable and there are no grounds to deny approval of the license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, the Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Sidewalk) license is hereby approved and issued to Eclectic Culinary Concepts, Inc. d/b/a Pajarito (License ID 20160002945) for the premises located at 605 7th Street West in Saint Paul with the following license conditions:
1. Licensee agrees to limit the placement of table(s)/chair(s) on the public sidewalk to the area and number of seats shown on the approved sidewalk seating plan on file with the Department of Safety and Inspections (DSI) and Public Works.
2. Each year prior to the placement of table(s) and/or chair(s) in the public right-of-way (i.e., sidewalk), the licensee agrees to obtain a new Obstruction Permit from the Department of Public Works.
