Approving the release of plat-dedicated rights for sewerage purposes between Blocks 72 and 73, St. Anthony Park, Ramsey County, Minnesota.

WHEREAS, in the plat known as St. Anthony Park, Ramsey Co., Minnesota, approved in 1885, rights for sewerage purposes were dedicated to the City of St. Paul ("City") in track alleys between several blocks; and
WHEREAS, 2285 Hampden LLC has a property interest in the track alley between Blocks 72 and 73, and has requested the release of said dedicated sewerage rights; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that with the Certificate of Intended Non-Use, filed voluntarily on behalf of the Department of Public Works, the City hereby waives its rights for sewerage purposes between Blocks 72 and 73, St. Anthony Park, Ramsey Co., Minnesota; and be it further
RESOLVED, that upon passage of this resolution and the City's receipt of a $300.00 administrative processing fee from 2285 Hampden LLC, the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to record a copy of said resolution in the office of the Ramsey County Recorder and/or Registrar of Titles, and that the Office of Financial Services Real Estate Section shall maintain on file a copy of the Certificate of Intended Non-Use referenced in this resolution.
