Accepting a sidewalk easement from UniRay, LLC in conjunction with development at 2383 University Avenue
Body
WHEREAS, as part of the site plan approval process for a new development project located at 2383 University Avenue West, the Department of Public Works ("Public Works) of the City of Saint Paul ("City") is requiring a permanent sidewalk easement ("Easement") over said property owned by UniRay, LLC ("Property Owner"); and
WHEREAS, the Property Owner has agreed to provide the Easement and is now requesting that the City accept the Easement, as provided in Exhibit A attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, Public Works has reviewed and approved the Easement as attached; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Council of the City of Saint Paul do hereby accept the Easement as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto, and authorize the proper city officials to receive an executed original and record same with the Ramsey County Recorder's Office and/or Registrar of Titles.
