Preliminary Order setting the date of Public Hearing for April 23, 2025, to consider approval of the 2025 Alley Improvement Program.

In the Matter of approving all necessary work for the reconstruction of alleys in the 2025 Alley Improvement Program, proposed improvements are outlined for each project area in the attached Summary of Engineering Recommendations (SOER).
The alleys to be improved are as follows:
Laurel-Selby-Mackubin-Arundel
7th-Woodward-Railroad-Payne
The Council of the City of Saint Paul, having received the report of the mayor upon the above improvement and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $415,000.00, financed by City general fund.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvements on the 23rd day of April 2025, at 3:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
