Amending the 2019 spending budget in the Department of Public Works General Fund Traffic Signs & Markings accounting unit.
Body
WHEREAS, the Traffic Signs & Markings accounting unit has incurred material costs that are more than the adopted budget; and
WHEREAS, there are sufficient savings in salaries and fringe benefits to cover the above costs; therefore via
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter, and on the request of the Director of the Public Works Department to amend the 2019 budget in the Public Works Traffic Signs & Markings Fund, the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the manner as specified in the attached financial analysis.
