Purpose of Appeal

My company has pulled building permits and we are (finishing) to remodel a building.  It should be completed by the end of August.  We already passed all rough inspections.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of On Time Contractors to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement at 466 EDMUND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council delete the vacant building fee if the Appellant can get Certificate of Occupancy or Certificate of Code Compliance by October 1, 2011; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
