Appeal of Andrea Suchy-Shinn and/or Will Shinn to a Correction Notice at 24 CONGRESS STREET WEST.
Date/Time of 1st LH: Jan. 28, 2020 at 11:00 a.m.
Purpose of Appeal: Digging and removing dirt to a length of 13'x 2' and installing a retaining wall next to the foundation of the property will result in the destruction to the property. The foundation will fail. The porch will fail. It cannot be done without demolishing the property. *Also, we will be out of the country until January 26, 2020.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Andrea Suchy-Shinn and/or Will Shinn to a Correction Notice at 24 CONGRESS STREET WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to July 1, 2020 to bring storage containers into compliance, noting permits and variances need to be applied for outside the Legislative Hearing process; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
