RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405-74205 to Bowl-Rite, Inc., d/b/a Midway Pro Bowl (“Midway”) and its attorney, Jon W. Morphew, Morphew Law Office, PLLC, the total sum of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars and no cents ($120,000.00) in full and final settlement of the pending appeal of the case of In the Matter of Midway Pro Bowl Relocation Benefits Claim, which asserts a claim against the City for relocation benefits associated with the relocation of Midway’s bowling alley.
