Appeal of Ambe McKenzie, tenant of unit 5, to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 683 KANSAS AVENUE. 

 

Date/Time of 1st LH:  6/23 at 2 pm

Purpose of Appeal:  order to correct timeline running into the trial set to get court ordered corrections I have detailed 12 months of ongoing even after said repairs. Damages, violations, etc where said to be fixed and are not, or months of complaints, entry by maintenance without notice half the time. And theft,  or waiting until I leave my daughter to learn after setting her day the bust in here.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Ambe McKenzie to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 683 KANSAS AVENUE., the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation is to grant an extension to August 7, 2026 for compliance forthcoming; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
