Authorizing the City of Saint Paul to enter into a lease agreement with National Building Contractors to provide office and warehouse space for police use.

WHEREAS, on May 15, 2012 the City of Saint Paul ("City") executed a one-year lease agreement (PD/48) with the Carroll Avenue Limited Partnership for the Saint Paul Police Department's use of 5,000 square feet of office and warehouse space; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to execute a two-year lease, as set forth in Attachment A ("New Lease"), with National Building Contractors, the new owner of said space ("Property Owner"); now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby authorizes and directs the proper city officials to enter into the New Lease with the Property Owner, in a form and content substantially as set forth in Attachment A.
