WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 22-1305 accepted the Report of Completion for the Grand/Snelling parking lot operation and maintenance costs for 2023; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on October 5, 2022 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in one (1) installment.
