Windows meet glazed area requirement, exceed width requirement, but are only short on height.  Building is brick and stucco making any changes very impractical.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Ray Simpson to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 330 MAGNOLIA AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 4-inch variance on the openable height of the egress bedroom windows throughout 7 units; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
