Appeal of Jay Bockoven of JWB Construction to a Building Permit Denial Egress Window Non-Compliance Determination at 1949 Old Hudson Road.
Purpose of Appeal
Replacing windows of same size. Full fram replacement. 76 windows to be replaced. 21 are in bedrooms and do not meet egress. Some windows of same size were installed last year in other untis and want to match those. Do not have denial on permits, permit was issued on line mistakenly. Dave Nelson instructed me to file appeal.
