Legislative Hearing Staff Comments: Appellant cancelled his appeal on a Summary Abatement Order scheduled for the Legislative Hearing on January 20, 2015. Some of the items on the previous Summary Abatement Order are not on this new order. Legislative Hearing Officer told staff to accept this appeal.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Robert L. Leslie to a Summary Abatement Order and Vehicle Abatement Order at 1092 MAGNOLIA AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until February 17, 2015 to cut back the weeds/bushes, cover the firewood with tarp instead of plastic and fully tarp the Camaro vehicle; and grant until March 17, 2015 to remove the truck, remove the two motorcycles and get the licensing issue taken care of on the gray vehicle or remove it; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
