Staff Comments: Staff recommends removing the back bill of $19.09, as well as the late fees of $29.79 and reducing the assessment to $198.52. This is the base cost of a 94-gal cart and a 64-gal cart.

WHEREAS on July 22, 2020, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 20-80, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during October to December 2019. (File No. CG2001E3, Assessment No. 200118); and
WHEREAS, the property at 584 Lexington Parkway North, being described as: Peck’s Addition Lot 7 Blk 1, with the property identification number 35-29-23-23-0110 was assessed an amount of $247.40; and
WHEREAS, a Legislative Hearing was held on July 30, 2020 and the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends reducing from $247.40 to $198.52 due to back bill error and late fees; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $69.95, plus any accrued interests, be reduced to $198.52. Council File No. RLH AR 20-80 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
