Appeal of David Vo to a Vacant Building Registration Renewal Notice at 267 BELVIDERE STREET EAST.
Date/Time of 1st LH: Tuesday, July 25, 2023, teleconference between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m.
Purpose of Appeal: The property is currently being fixed and worked on. I expect the fixing will be done the end of August before winter. I will keep the property compliant with requirements of the Saint Paul Legislative Code and no need of renewal for vacant building registration. We just obtained/purchased the property in May 2023. Legislative Hearing Staff Comments: Per STAMP, opened Cat 2 VB 8/5/21 upon referral from Reid Soley after he was contacted by bank representative. House has torn screen, damaged window, peeling paint, and garage is open to entry. Garbage/rubbish throughout property as well as TGW. Sending SA. All active permits on file. Sale review complete 4/28/23.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of David Vo to a Vacant Building Registration Renewal Notice at 267 BELVIDERE STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive Vacant Building fee for 60 days to October 5, 2023; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
