Purpose of Appeal
We are appealing 2 double hung windows that will not comply with the egress policy. Current opening dimensions fall short by 1 1/8 " in height and is exceeded in both openable width and overall glazed area. These windows are main level windows and the home owner does not want a different operating style. Please approve.
