WHEREAS on May 15, 2024, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 24-25, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Vacant Building Registration fees billed during April 5 to October 20, 2023. (File No. VB2407, Assessment No. 248806); and

 

WHEREAS, the property at 1350 Hague Avenue, being described as: Boulevard Addition No. 3 Lots 2 & Lot 3 Blk 5, with the property identification number 03-28-23-21-0045 was assessed an amount of $5,075; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this matter on July 15, 2025 under File No. SR 25-88 and recommends reducing the assessment from $5,075 to $2,537; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the assessment reduction of $5,075, plus any accrued interests, is reduced to $2,537 and the Offices of Financial Services will abate this from the 2025 Property Taxes Statement.
