WHEREAS, the Office of Human Resources conducted a job audit for the classification of proposed Data Practices Specialist; and
WHEREAS, the results of the audit instruct that the Data Practices Specialist specification rate of pay be established to the rate set forth in Grade 039, of Employee Group 02, AFSCME Technical; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3(5) and 12.01, that the rate of pay for the Data Practices Specialist be established at the rate set forth in Grade 039 of Employee Group 02, AFSCME Technical. This classification and rate of pay to become effective on the first full pay period following passage and approval of this resolution.
