Title

Authorizing the Police Department to renew the lease with KIWI Properties, LLC for space to be used by its Auto Theft Prevention Program.

Body

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, Police Department wishes to renew a lease agreement with KIWI Properties, LLC for use of 5,071 square feet of office and warehouse space; and

WHEREAS, this agreement is a two year lease commencing on October 1, 2017 and expiring on September 30, 2019; and

WHEREAS, the space will be used by the Saint Paul Police auto theft prevention program; and

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the council approves entering into and authorizes Assistant Chief Kathleen A. Wuorinen to implement the attached lease with KIWI Properties, LLC.
