1) We have a 1963 VB Bug convertible that I've been saving to restore with my son (turns 16 this month); 2) I needed to go out of town for family medical emergency until January 16.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Scott Hamilton to a Vehicle Abatement Order at 1507 CHELMSFORD STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until April 15, 2013 for compliance on the vehicle issue; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
