Purpose of Appeal: My plan is to get the house cleaned out of my friend's personal items and sell the house. It has been difficult for me to do as I had some illnesses, and she had another home. I also was juggling with my health. I don't see a problem completing the task from this day forward. I have a lawn mower and need to get it back in shape for use. I had someone working on the lawn mower and the person did not do a good job fixing it. I was not pleased. (paraphrased)
