WHEREAS, on April 16, 2025, Phalen Lake Auto Repair LLC d/b/a Phalen Lake Auto Repair LLC (License ID #20250000606) applied for a change of ownership to the Auto Repair Garage and Second Hand Dealer - Motor Vehicle Parts license for the premises 1383 Arcade St.; and

WHEREAS, on May 16, 2025, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification; with a response date of May 31, 2025; and

WHEREAS, in response to the notification no objections or comments were received; and

WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the license; now, therefore, be it,

RESOLVED, the change of ownership for the Auto Repair Garage and Second Hand Dealer - Motor Vehicle Parts license is hereby approved and issued to Phalen Lake Auto Repair LLC d/b/a Phalen Lake Auto Repair LLC (License ID #20250000606) for the premises located at 1383 Arcade St., with the following licensing conditions:

1.                     All customer, business, employee vehicles must be parked in accordance with the approved site plan on file with the Department of Safety and Inspections (DSI) dated 02/20/2015. A maximum of twenty-eight (28) vehicles may be parked on the property at any time.

2.                     The parking lot shall be striped and maintained in accordance with the approved site plan on file with DSI dated 02/20/2015. This includes maintaining a paved surface for vehicle parking, wheel stops on the south side of the property, signage/striping for one handicap parking space, and a six (6) foot tall obscuring wood fence along the east property line.
