Appeal of Elizabeth Sibet, Sibet Renovations, LLC, to a Notice of Condemnation and Order to Vacate at 227 FULLER AVENUE.  (March 17, 2026 Legislative Hearing)

 

Date/Time of 1st LH:  March 10, 2026 @ 1:30 p.m.

Purpose of Appeal:    Utilities are not all off at this property.  We have been cleaning up after the squatters.  Property is currently for sale.  Please review and we want to take boards off so showings can easily take place.  Thanks for your help. This was done in error.  Property is in good condition (painted walls, roof repair, new flooring, refinished hardwood floors, new kitchen, etc)

WHEREAS, in the matter of Elizabeth Sibet, Sibet Renovations, LLC, to a Notice of Condemnation and Order to Vacate at 227 FULLER AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation is forthcoming; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
