Amending the financing and spending plans for the Fire Department in the amount of $7,014.23 for a reimbursement from Rosenbauer Motors, LLC.
Body
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul Fire Department (the "Department") will be reimbursed by Rosenbauer Motors, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Rosenbauer"), for some fire vehicle repair work completed by the Department but billed to the Department by Rosenbauer;
WHEREAS, the total cost of the reimbursement for the vehicle repair is $7,014.23; and
WHEREAS, the spending and financing plans have not been established for the reimbursement; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation funds of $7,014.23 in excess of those estimated in the 2025 budget, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the City Council that $7,014.23 is available for appropriation in the 2025 budget, and that said budget, is heretofore adopted by the City Council as outlined in the attached financial analysis.
