WHEREAS, Pho Hay To LLC d/b/a Pho Hay To LLC applied for a change of ownership to the Liquor On Sale and Liquor On Sale - Sunday licenses (License ID #DSIBLLIQ-002281-2026) for the premises located at 605 7th St. W.; and
WHEREAS, On August 27, 2026, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification with a response date of September 11, 2026; and
WHEREAS, The Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the application for change of ownership; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the change of ownership application for the Liquor On Sale and Liquor On Sale - Sunday licenses (License ID #DSIBLLIQ-002281-2026) is hereby approved and the license issued to Pho Hay To LLC d/b/a Pho Hay To LLC for the premises located at 605 7th St. W. with no existing license conditions.
