Authorizing the Department of Parks and Recreation to enter into a two-year lease agreement with District 12 Community Council for office space at South Saint Anthony Recreation Center.

Body

WHEREAS, the Saint Anthony Park Community Council, District Council12 wishes to enter into a two-year agreement with the City of Saint Paul Parks and Recreation for leased office space at South Saint Anthony Recreation Center; and

WHEREAS, Saint Paul Legislative Code §86.03(b)(1) requires that any lease of parkland or recreation facilities for a period of more than one year be approved by the city council; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that Parks and Recreation is authorized to enter into a two-year agreement with the Saint Anthony Park Community Council, District 12.
