WHEREAS, in the matter of the appeal of Cheri Kappas to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 241 SEVENTH STREET EAST, the City Council reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant and granted the appeal on the panic release hardware with signage, granted the hood based on signage, and denied the door swing; and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to reconsider its decision in this matter; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby grants the appeal on the swing on the egress door.
