Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 1289 DANFORTH STREET in Council File RLH SAO 24-84.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 24-84 on January 8, 2025 which granted an extension to January 10, 2025 to abate the nuisance conditions at 1289 Danforth Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on January 14, 2025 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
