Purpose of Appeal: Failure to comply with items 1 and 2 are due to my being permanently laid off after I agreed to address them by May 31, 2017. So I do not have the money to pay out and get the garage or driveway repaired. I want to request time to have my tenants move out so I can sell the property as is.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Ray Hatchett to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Revocation and Order to Vacate at 869 MARYLAND AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to June 1, 2018 for exterior of the building and driveway; grant to September 1, 2017 to get plumbing permit finaled; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
