RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405 - 74205 to Plaintiffs Sartu Nagayo, trustee for the next of kin of decedent Haysem Sani, Lancine Fofana, trustee for the next of kin of decedent Mohamed Fofana and Danielle Meldahl, mother of minor Plaintiff Devin Meldahl and their attorneys John C. Goetz and Paul E. Godlewski, Schwebel, Goetz and Sieben law firm and attorney Jeffrey A. Hassan, the total sum of one million dollars and no cents ($1,000,000.00) in full and final settlement of potential civil litigation for all claims for damages, medical bills and attorneys' fees regarding the May 22, 2013 incident at Lilydale Regional Park referenced in Plaintiffs' Complaint.
