In the Matter of approving construction along Wall Street between 5th Street and 7th Street with above standard street lighting; and approving the annual operation and maintenance costs for said lighting, said operation and maintenance cost will be assessed to benefitted properties via the Right-of-Way program.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul, having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $217,444.00 for the Capital costs for new lighting and its processing fees; and $4,062.00 as the first year's annual charge for the ongoing operation and maintenance of the new above standard lighting system, all to be financed by Assessments and Municipal State Aid.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 3rd day of August, 2016, at 5:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
