Whereas, the City of Saint Paul and AFSCME Clerical, Local 2508; AFSCME Technical, Local 1842; Classified Confidential Employees Association (CCEA); Operating Engineers, Local 70; Professional Employees Association (PEA) and Saint Paul Supervisors' Organization (SPSO) each have a tentative Memorandum of Agreement for the purpose of implementing the regrading of classifications in their respective employee group per the recommendations of the Talent and Equity Resources/Human Resources Office to be effective on December 27, 2025, now therefore, be it
Resolved, that the Saint Paul City Council, pursuant to the Saint Paul City Charter Section 6.03.3 (5), hereby approves and ratifies the attached Memorandums of Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and AFSCME Clerical, Local 2508; AFSCME Technical, Local 1842; Classified Confidential Employees Association (CCEA); Operating Engineers, Local 70; Professional Employees Association (PEA) and Saint Paul Supervisors' Organization (SPSO).
