Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 411 CHARLES AVENUE in Council File RLH SAO 25-5.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 25-5 on February 5, 2025 which granted an extension to May 1, 2025 to remove or store any scrap wood and not used for a specific purpose and any interior items stored in the exterior at 411 Charles Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on May 6, 2025 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
