Setting a Public Hearing date of November 3, 2021 for 2022 Water Charges.

BE IT RESOLVED, that in accordance with Section 85.01, the Council does hereby set a public hearing of the proposed Water Charges for the year 2022 on November 3, 2021 at 3:30 p.m. Public attendance at the City Council’s regular meeting location is not feasible due to the COVID-19 health pandemic. Members of the public may view the hearing online at https://stpaul.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx or on local cable Channel 18; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, Saint Paul Regional Water Services is hereby directed to publish notice of said hearing, the publication of which is to be had at least ten (10) days before the public hearing in a newspaper of general circulation; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that Saint Paul Regional Water Services is hereby directed to notify interested persons that they will be given an opportunity to be heard at the hearing by submitting comments in writing or via voicemail. Members of the public may submit written comments or materials via email at Contact-Council@ci.stpaul.mn.us or CouncilHearing@ci.stpaul.mn.us. Alternatively, members of the public may also provide comments via voicemail by dialing 651-266-6805. Any comments and materials submitted by 9:00 pm on the date of the hearings will be attached to the public record and available for review by the City Council.
