Designating Kristin Guild, Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Economic Development, as an authorized signer for grant agreements in the name of the City of Saint Paul for the provision of economic support in connection with the COVID-19 public health emergency.
Body
WHEREAS, the City allocated CARES Act Funds to the department of Planning and Economic Development for the provision of economic support in connection with the COVID-19 public health emergency; and
WHEREAS, the City similarly allocated Cultural STAR Funds for the provision of economic support in connection with the COVID-19 public health emergency; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Chapter 86.01 of the Saint Paul City Charter, may authorize by administrative order a designee to execute contracts in the Name of the City of Saint Paul with a stated dollar value of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) or less; now, therefore, be it
ORDERED, by the Mayor, that Kristin Guild is hereby designated as an authorized signer for grant agreements in the name of the City of Saint Paul, with a stated dollar value of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) or less, that allocate CARES Act Funds and Cultural STAR funds for the provision of economic support in connection with the COVID-19 public health emergency.
