WHEREAS on May 15, 2024, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 24-30 to ratify the assessment for Graffiti Removal services during March 21 to November 13, 2023. (File No. J2405P, Assessment No. 248404); and

WHEREAS, the property at 874 Seventh Street East (aka 876 Seventh Street East) , being described as: Johnstones Subdivision of Block 112 of Lyman Dayton’s Addition to St Paul Subj to 7^th St The Fol Lots 16 and 17 Ex Part Wly of A L Run From Pt on Sly L of widened 7^th St 8 3/10 Ft Nely, with the property identification number 33-29-22-22-0118 was assessed an amount of $232.92; and

WHEREAS, Fing Meng Yang, requests that the assessment be reviewed for reconsideration as the graffiti was not removed by the City; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this file and recommended that the City Council delete the assessment as there was not proper documentation (no photos available) to show that the graffiti was removed by the City; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $232.92, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 24-30 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
