Body

WHEREAS, St. Paul Midway Lions Club Foundation (State ID #05186) applied for a Premise Permit from the State of Minnesota to allow them to conduct charitable gambling at V & J Liquors, Inc. d/b/a Christensen's Bar (License ID #0016395) located at 1567 University Avenue West; and

WHEREAS, per Saint Paul Legislative Code § 409.21 (b) (1) only charitable non-profit organizations licensed by the State of Minnesota may be allowed to conduct bingo or sell paddlewheel tickets, pull-tabs raffle tickets and tip boards on the licensed premises; now therefore bit it,

RESOLVED, that St. Paul Midway Lions Club Foundation (State ID #05186) is hereby given permission to conduct charitable gambling at V & J Liquors, Inc. d/b/a Christensen's Bar.
