Amending Council File RLH VBR 21-81, adopted December 7, 2021, to grant Derrick Malone, an additional extension to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement & Summary Abatement Order at 394 HOPE STREET.

WHEREAS, on December 7, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH VBR 21-81, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Vacant Building Requirement & Summary Abatement Order for property at 394 Hope Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended that the City Council grant to January 21, 2022 to have Fire Certificate of Occupancy reinstated and waive vacant building fee for 90 days and make property a Category 1 Vacant Building and allow permits to be pulled; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and
WHEREAS, the Appellant is requesting additional extension for the one non-original window related to Heritage Preservation Commission review process time requirement; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer review the matter and recommends that the City Council grant additional extension; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that extension is hereby granted to April 1, 2022.
