WHEREAS, on August 5, 2015, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH CO 15-11, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Correction Notice and Summary Abatement Order for property at 2153 Beech Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension until June 1, 2016 to address the retaining wall issue; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and
WHEREAS, the attorney on behalf of the Appellant is requesting additional extension for the compliance of the retaining wall for both parties at 2153 and 2157 Beech Street who are in litigation towards a resolution to correct the retaining wall; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends granting additional extension to December 1, 2016 to accommodate the settlement conference scheduled in August 2016; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that an extension to December 1, 2016 October 15, 2016 is hereby granted for compliance with Council File RLH CO 15-11.
