WHEREAS, Parks and Recreation wishes to amend the 2024 Great River Passage Grant Fund Budget by a total of $117,724, establishing sufficient spending at the accounting unit level for planned 2024 spending; and

WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation, funds of $317,724 in excess of those estimated in the 2024 Grant Fund Budget and funds of $894,088 in excess of those estimated in the 2024 Parkland Dedication Budget; now, therefore, be it
