Purpose of Appeal: When the guy took the meter out, he didn't say nothing to us if there is a problem we should be notify while the meter on our property. We were getting bills. We were not aware of any problems.

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the Saint Paul Regional Water Services Board [recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul Regional Water Services Board hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
