WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 16-692 accepted the Report of Completion for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for above standard street lighting and other improvements as needed along Snelling Avenue from Selby to Pierce Butler Route. The annual operation and maintenance costs for said lighting to be assessed via the Right-of-Way program; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on June 1, 2016 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
