WHEREAS on February 20, 2013, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 13-16, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Property Clean Up Services from September 4 to October 1, 2012 at 1225 Cook Avenue East (File No. J1303A, Assessment No. 138502); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1225 Cook Avenue East, being described as: Hillsdale, St. Paul, Minn. Lot 27 Blk 2, with the property identification number 28-29-22-14-0074 was assessed an amount of $471.00; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment as it was made in error. Owner abated the order to remove all rubbish and garbage near garage; however, when City crew arrived at the scene, they removed a brush pile from the yard which was not indicated on the work order; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $471.00, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 13-16 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
