WHEREAS, in the matter of the appeal of Emmanuel D'Huyvetter to an Egress Window Non-Compliance Determination at 1375 MARGARET STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; AND

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 3-inch variance on the openable width of two slider replacement egress bedroom windows measuring 39 inches high by 17 inches wide; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
